Responsible service design
Medical records stay within the authorised healthcare provider's system. LifePass stores a booking reference and service status — not diagnosis or clinical history by default ([BB p. 19]). Health recommendations require qualified human oversight; the AI concierge explains available services and routes requests rather than diagnosing users ([BB p. 19, 40]).
Community access
Public, resident-only, student-only and visitor access is explained before any booking. Accessible facilities information, emergency contacts, safeguarding routes and cancellation rules are provided. Community involvement and volunteer participation are voluntary, with transparent recognition criteria ([BB p. 19]).
