NDA, organisation and folder permissions are reviewed separately. Login is not investment eligibility or an offer ([BB p. 32]). MFA, recovery and rejected-request support are tested in the approved build ([BB p. 32], F-02).
Onboarding and states ([BB p. 32])
- Request: contact, organisation, purpose and jurisdiction; no unnecessary bank/ID data in a public form.
- Review: IR team confirms purpose and applicable eligibility; advisers link to an approved organisation.
- NDA: entity, representative authority, version and execution evidence recorded; counsel confirms signing validity.
- Access: project/vehicle, folders, duration and download rights approved separately; MFA required.
- Expiry/suspension: permissions/sessions revoked, audit evidence retained, owner notified.
