Regenerate — landscape as living infrastructure
Nature becomes understandable through places, ecological functions, stewardship and evidence ([BB p. 20]).
| Landscape system | Public story | Evidence / measurement |
|---|---|---|
| Green Heart / forest network | Shade, outdoor learning, habitat and gathering | Approved planting plan, survival/maintenance records, habitat indicators |
| Blue-green spine / water landscapes | Drainage, retention, reuse and flood resilience | Hydrology, water balance, permits and monitored system performance |
| Biodiversity network | Connected habitat, species protection and stewardship | Ecology baseline, survey methods, seasonal observations and safeguards |
| Productive landscape / gardens | Food learning, community gardens and local participation | Operator model, harvest/participation records and safety protocols |
| Carbon landscape | Potential carbon storage and reduction contribution | Boundary, method, uncertainty and evidence — no credit claim by assumption |
| Outdoor learning / living loop | Nature-linked movement, education and wellbeing | Approved route/access data and accessible alternatives |
The regenerative action ledger (concept)
Approved community restoration activities will be published with location, date, operator, outputs and follow-up maintenance. Recognition may be awarded through non-financial EcoPoints. A participation record is not a carbon credit, biodiversity credit or financial asset ([BB p. 20]).
Map and safeguards
Approved ecological zones and educational trails are shown without revealing sensitive species locations or security details. Seasonal restrictions, water safety and volunteer supervision are explained. Forest/water buffer claims stay tied to actual site-specific legal and technical evidence ([BB p. 20]) — none are asserted on this page.
Evidence: <PLACEHOLDER> — ecology baseline, hydrology and planting records — pending per [BB p. 20]; approved evidence register pending (as-of 06 Oct 2026).
