Live — informed discovery and ownership enquiry
The neighbourhood is presented before the product, leading buyers to a clear and qualified enquiry ([BB p. 18]).
Residential discovery model
Community → cluster → building or plot → unit/typology → orientation/view → approved price and availability → visit or enquiry ([BB p. 18]). Shared landscape, everyday services, mobility, wellness access, smart systems and operating responsibilities are explained before any specific unit — the district and cluster layers of this journey arrive with the approved phase map (see the masterplan).
Required modules & controls
| Module | Fields / control in the approved build |
|---|---|
| Neighbourhood story | District, amenities, landscape, mobility, phase and proposed/operational status ([BB p. 18]) |
| Typology / product | Product ID, plan version, area basis, bedroom/type, specifications, inclusions and exclusions — none approved yet; no products are listed here |
| Area disclosure | Legally appropriate carpet/plot/built-up measures, never mixed in comparisons ([BB p. 18]) |
| Price / availability | Currency, as-of time, inventory source, taxes/charges qualification — no price or availability exists; “availability to be confirmed” on refresh failure ([BB p. 18]) |
| Smart / wellness promise | System scope, operator, service eligibility, maintenance/fees and availability dependencies |
| Ownership / documents | Promoter details, legally required project disclosures, approved sales documents and grievance route |
| Enquiry / visit | Consent, interest, contact, product ID and accessible confirmation with service owner |
Useful innovations (planned patterns)
- A daily-life explorer showing a proposed school journey, walk to amenities and service access using approved paths and assumptions ([BB p. 18]).
- A product comparison tool using common area/price bases, clearly marking unconfirmed availability.
- A lifecycle-cost explainer with disclosed maintenance and utility assumptions — savings remain scenarios unless independently evidenced.
