Net-zero roadmap
Concept roadmap; target/forecast/measured/assured values in distinct labelled views ([BB p. 23])
Renewable energy & water-positive strategy
Design intentions until metered evidence exists
Circularity, waste, mobility, green buildings, embodied carbon
Design intentions with methods to be documented
Social impact & dashboard
See the intelligence concept — honest no-data states ([BB p. 23–25])
No double counting ([BB p. 23]). Avoided emissions, operational emissions and sequestration are not added into one headline without an approved accounting method. Renewable certificates, offset credits and direct reductions are never presented as the same outcome. Environmental credits need separate eligibility, registration, issuance and retirement records.
Evidence: <PLACEHOLDER> — ESG lead: methodology, factor year, exclusions and uncertainty ([BB p. 24]); approved evidence register pending (as-of 06 Oct 2026).
